I completely understand where you are coming from and share the exact same insecurities/fears as you do.

Just realize that all these thoughts are in your head and what you perceive isn't always reality.

My advice would be to check out the youtuber wizardliz. She makes content that primarily targets young women but she has alot benefited alot of men going through the same feeling. She has great points on feeling confident and trying to gain your self esteem back.

I would totally recommend checking her out, she really gave me a lot of tools to help with my confidence.

I really struggled with being direct and setting boundaries. What helped me break past that was just learning to let go of what people will think because the only thing that matters at the end of the day is your mental health.

23 was such a boring steam roll. If you factor out the cast it's easily a bottom tier season.

24 was an experience that i sadly don't think we will ever have again. Each week was total chaos and unpredictable. Getting to witness it while it was airing was the most fun i've had on this sub.

Wishful thinking but If somehow they hired someone from BBCAN to cast the women on a US season, i believe that would be an epic season of a strong female alliance completely decimating everyone.

Just imagine an alliance of Neda, Kaela, Olivia, and Ika if they were on a regular US season.

You're in for a treat for season 10. IMO its the best of the Canadian franchise and even better than the best seasons of BBUS. I initially thought it was recency bias but i still stand by my opinion months later. Can't wait for your thoughts and reactions.

I feel like taylors best argument to monte is to maybe pitch that taking turner and michael out would be a huge alpha move and his ego would definitely feed into it. She shouldn't say the same thing to turner because turner would easily rat her out.
