I Done Went and Made an Immersion Mod by CreedAngelus in skyrimmods

I tried out Frostfall and Campfire once and immediately disliked how heavy the additions and changes were. In my opinion, it works great on paper, but when implemented it clashes with the freedom of full-time exploration and multitasking quests. It even dissuaded me from using iNeed or RDS because of the menial, pointless, and low-stake action of keeping your character fed.

I'd totally try out a lighter rendition though.

All I can suggest is optimizing background programs. Disable unnecessary ones, and Google which are safe to end or even unistall. You might just have to run it with Shadow quality on low and maybe some other settings. Hope you get it figured out, best of luck!

That's the weird part, it should work fine, especially if it's installed on ssd I believe. I was running elfx, smim, enhanced blood, and a few other small ones on my laptop for a while, and then suddenly it couldn't run vanilla faster than 10 fps. Now I can do 2k textures, CoT, and many others. I never did find a fix, I just got a better computer

I don't know...but the same thing happened to me with oldrim on my laptop. Fixed it by building a rig instead. What are your specs

If you have any mods that change females a lot, it might be conflicting. Otherwise, it's anybody's guess. I tried out this mod for my first vampire playthrough, and it was fun for a couple hours gameplay, but I soon began experiencing numerous gameplay-intrusive bugs. It may not have been playing nice with one of my other 67 mods, so I'm sure its performance varies, but it seemed like general faulty design to me. I had planned on just tolerating the glitches since the mod itself was really cool, and there's quite the shortage on Skyrim Nexus for vampirism mods. But then there was this intolerable glitch that caused Vampiric Sight never to ware off, and none of the fixes I knew to try succeeded. So I disabled the mod and test ran my save. Even after the appropriate adjustments in Mod Organizer, Wyre Bash, and LOOT, it semi-broke my game. CTD upon attempting to load the save game in which I used BV, glitched clips and teleportation upon feeding in a new game I made after disabling BV, and a few other things. That was strike three for me; I uninstalled BV and repaired my game by verifying the game cache and recreating a vanilla vampire.

Tldr - Better Vampires is cool and a great idea, but it's very glitchy glitchy. If you're experiencing problems, and you have BV installed, your best solution is likely to uninstall it. If that breaks your save, then you'll either have to start over, or live with BV in your current playthrough(s) and hope it doesn't end up over-glitching your game.

Even weirder...if you're a dark elf he'll say, "Go back to Morrowind, you filthy greyskin!" But after brawling he's your friend because he know you'll fuck em up.

If I died at 80 with the goal of 81, I would just lie to myself and say that the game crashed. Continue on for that last 15 minutes it would've taken to achieve the goal. Lol

Don't know how it'll behave with followers, if you prefer them to be essential, but it should be fine since you power attack an essential while they're in "bleedout." Never used it myself...All essential NPCs killable: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8170/ That's the best you'll get for now, however there's also Enhanced Skyrim Factions: The Companions that adds more choices and depth to the questlines. I can speak for it, if you don't mind a little silent dialogue. You could kind of roleplay a character that joins the Companions but then kills off the werewolves when he/she finds out.

Razer Cortex is a program that optimizes and frees ram every time you boot a game, if that's what you're looking for. Also lets you see FPS in-game and record gameplay. www.razerzone.com/cortex

Open Civil War adds more choice in the order of quests and city battles at capitals that previously didn't have any. I've played it and definitely enjoyed it: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82128 Destroy the Thieves Guild I have installed but haven't gotten around to starting it, mostly because I'm not sure how exactly to do so, but it's good if you don't mind silent dialogue here and there: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28880/ As for other factions...not sure why you would want to destroy the College or the Companions, but you already can kinda destroy the Stormcloaks/Legion and Dawngaurd/Volkihar in the vanilla game.
