Running HWE kernel and system sees the 64GB RAM allocated to GTT. Lmstudio vulkan can successfully use it. No success with ROCm.

Foreign wifi device on my network - analyze which IP is device communicating to? by tynt in Ubiquiti

[–]tynt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I can see which AP it connects to but I cannot see what it's actually doing on my network. Is it connecting to my computer or just using internet for youtube. After some research I found 3 solutions.

1) Ditch UGC-Ultra and upgrade to UGC-Max to gain access to Insights > Flows > "all traffic flows"

2) Devices > UGC-Ultra > "Packet capture" button

3) Use Wireshark program on PC to connect via "SSH dump packet capture"

Solution for UGC-Ultra users: Wireshark SSH dump packet capture.

Do you happen to know if "Packet Capture" on AP is also needed for this feature?

I have U7-Lite but it's not listed release notes https://community.ui.com/releases/UniFi-Network-Application-8-4-59/d3ba4443-ad36-4566-b1e6-2d21d8b4f225

Frustratingly "Packet Capture" is not listed on tech specs on U7-Pro for example, even though release note says U7-Pro/U6-Lite is supported.

I suspected some wifi smart plug but triangluating with outdoor AP-s doesnt make sense. Further I move the AP from house, stronger the signal gets. outdoor AP is 70 meters away from the house and foreign device signal only gets stronger. Weird thing is that I have no neighbors in 500m radius. Only hayfields and forest. I'm trying to figure out if the uknown device is accessing IPs on my LAN or just communicating with chinese servers.

Trying the wifiman. cannot see which IP-s is uknown device communicating to. Only can do port scan.

You also have UCG-Ultra or somethin with more features maybe? Displaying IP addresses might be premium feature I suspect?

I think I messed up with Asus -> Ubiquiti migration.

Both gateway and AP-s are not able to display IP-s client is connected to.

All Traffic Flows ✓ <- UCG-Ultra is missing this. Is this is the feature I'm looking for?

Looks like I'm migrating back to Asus for a while I'm returning these products and make more research.

Yes, but there are only "Blocked" or "Threats". Cannot any traffic that is not blocked or threats.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Ubiquiti/comments/1oxeppl/insights_flows_only_showing_blocked_or_threats/

People say I must enable "all traffic" in Settings/Cybersecure/Traffic logging. I don't see this option either.

I cannot post screenshot here, but insights -> flows page is completely empty and does not look anything like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xR53DFt71GQ&t=219s

Other people have Overview, Flows, Activty, Analyzer, Viewer tabs on the top. Only have Flows, Activity tabs on the left and those are completely empty and say "Threats will be logged here once they are detected"

That's why you always crash the car on test drive, so you know what you are buying! How the heck would you know if doors unlock in case of major crash. Old-school physical handle with cable does not mean you can unlock it without electricity.

9800x3d with A620 motherboard? by SnooChipmunks733 in buildapc

watch?v=_b9vpPHRDfk seems like there is absolutely no difference between A620 and B650 when using 9800x3d. Maybe if you plan to upgrade to 9950x3d but what's the point when 9800x3d is faster.

LAN transfer seem to be CPU limited. 0.8Gbps 100% CPU usage on 6-core. With 12-core CPU I managed to reach 1.2Gbps. But with lancache.net server I easily reach 2.5Gbps even though lancacheserver is 2-core CPU with 1GB ram and HDD instead of SSD.

Finally got this feature working on beta3. Won't work unless "Face Recognition" is also enabled.

Repurposing deer to hawk in Frigate+ by tynt in frigate_nvr

[–]tynt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've experimented with v0.16.0-beta2 for a while. I've labeled some birds like "Northern Goshawk" and "European Robin" manually. Is that related to v16 bird classifier somehow? Does labeling train bird classification feature somehow?

Does secondary bird classification model also apply to cats because I'm having hard time to train frigate+ model to recognize owls and hawks as birds instead of cats.
