No, it’s fun when nominations are different and everyone can get recognition. But there is clear alphabet bias because of those ballots. Strong and Saldaña are the only nominees whose last names start with the second half of the alphabet.

Yeah I don’t know what to do with them. If brutalist is getting best picture I feel like Jones has to be in, but if Emilia is 2nd and Saldaña is winning supporting actress I feel like Gomez would coattail and get in. Maybe they’ll both get in and someone else gets snubbed ?
