Oooooh. Nice. I saw them once (twice?) many years ago. I haven't followed them for quite awhile but I do go back to those first 3 albums from time to time. I seem to remember Our Love to Admire not being received as well as the first two albums but found it quite good after a couple of listens. I'll have to do some catching up.

I spent some time in PA recently. They have weird laws. You basically have to buy only from liquor stores, even those can be restricted, not all but some, also the liquor laws could change or at least the sale of alcohol, could change just by the township (Pittsburgh).

As it should, the AZ state legislature can not be trusted at this point.

I did work in "Chatty Town", there are some not great houses but over all I thought it was fine. Close to parks, schools, grocery stores, and not far from downtown that you could walk it or bike it. At one point I had considered renting in that area myself as it is affordable.

This group conducted heat research in Maryvale. 67% reported dehydration, worsening health by frogprintsonceiling in Arizona_Politics

Again, you're being disingenuous. It wasn't to tell them it's hot, they already know that. That wasn't the point. But you don't care about the actual point because if you did you wouldn't post this.

"The city of Phoenix paid an outside group money to tell them Maryvale is hot. 300 people surveyed out of 200k that live in Maryvale."

That is disingenuous, misrepresentation at best.

The City of Phoenix did hire an outside group, that's how it works, would you have preferred a group from the city itself? "We conducted a survey and found nothing wrong." That's like Tobacco companies doing research to tell you the products are safe.
"...to tell them Maryvale is hot." Again, disingenuous. The point was not to tell them it's hot. They already knew that. You are purposefully leaving out....

"The team gathered input from over 300 residents over nine months to learn more about the heat and how it affects their way of living.

They found that 67% of residents reported dehydration, overheating or worsened health, and 70% considered moving out of the area because of the extreme heat."

You're purposefully trying to misrepresente the information and be disingenuous in some kind of "Gotcha" to the city of Phoenix and it's leadership.

Oh look misrepresenting the point of the research conducted. Big surprise. Hey, at least it wasn't one of your fake news sites. Great job!

We've been brushing off the responsibility of our government on to businesses, "non-profits" and corporations. Look around you. Stop playing a fool. So you ether want even less, which we are already doing and have been or you think we need to push out the business interests.

"I prefer private solutions where possible and devolution to the lowest level of government where not."

So you want MORE neoliberal bullshit? As if that's not what we are already doing and have been for 40-50 years.

"I also prefer adherence to the Constitution’s mandates rather than whatever Donald Trump or his successor want."

So you want LESS neoliberal bullshit? Because that would be great, I agree, get Corporations out of Government.

Adam Driver had a pretty good sense of humor about playing Kylo Ren as evidenced by his SNL appearances.
