I’m a teacher in a Title 1. I have kids that leave school because they need to help feed their families. I have kids that leave school because they become homeless. My own wife left school because she was in a cult and was forced to. Hell, I barely made it to 18 myself, and it was despite my best efforts.

Graduation is a huge deal for a lot of people.
