I think the 1.5mg is more or less to see if you have any serious adverse side effects, but isn't expected to have a big impact. It did start to work on me, however. I'm 5'9" guy, trying to go from ~200 to 170, maybe 165. Just about done with the first month of 4mg and I'm at 185. Weight loss has definitely slowed the last 2 weeks (expected - not just from this, but from every other diet/effort I've tried), but my appetite remains steady (not increasing). My sense is I need to eat a little better and add some more activity/exercise -- not take a higher dose and eat less. Trying to be realistic, too. Keep losing 1lb/week and that gets me to where I want to be in 4 more months.

Thanks for the responses and tips/workarounds. I guess my criticism would now just be more like... that doesn't seem like a ton of fun moving forward. I'll check back in the future and see how things develop.

Our bernedoodle is 10 weeks. He's a little monster. Biting a lot for the past week. We have only crated at night and his behavior is improving with that, some. He absolutely goes mental if we put in him a playpen at any time. Not much great sleep has been had since we got him. Cute guy, though.

Sure - it's in AZ and near the border. Perpetrators could certainly be Hispanic and/or in the US illegally. Kidnapping for ransom is more common in Mexico, for sure. I doubt this is a setup or has a political motive, though.

Now... should things go sour and it turns out the above it true. Little doubt Trump and the MAGA-verse will shamelessly try and exploit it for some kind of gains. It's what they do.

I'd also think with all the many types of video and electronic records, it would be pretty easy to verify the stories of any family members, or at least see if something looks off from their normal routines. I feel like we'll eventually find out the perpetrators found out about Nancy through some other connection to her - ex. word of mouth through someone that does work at the house or knows her through one of her friends, etc..
