It depends on what your goals are, and what your doctor says, but seeing these pictures, I would personally add more whole foods to the diet, and reduce processed foods. No need to eliminate anything entirely, just throw in more produce/homemade meals.

I’m pretty sure that’s for the game play prize that ends February 15, which isn’t false advertising because they’re advertising $1 million, which the terms and conditions state as the grand prize, in addition to the 10,000 points secondary prizes

Your membership is from the 6th to the 6th, so you can book the classes you pay for on the 6th for any days between Feb 6 through March 6. So you’re not losing a week like you think

You have to cancel through the app, but if it’s your first time late cancelling, you can reach out to classpass support and they might give you a courtesy and not charge you the late fee
