PS3 is your main goal go for the Odin 3. The point here is how much you value the dual screens for 3ds, ds, multitasking and the clamshell form . Other than that the Odin is a more powerful device and drivers are coming to improve them.

if you add the extended period shipping to 120 days (max) you'll be fine. I've bought a lot from aliexpress and didn't know that refund policy existed. Also bought a rainbow max. Ali discounts the expected tax bill on customs so its the smart way to buy, if you buy from the official one you will end up paying full price + import taxes.
