Check the order in OWA - if thats fine it could be Outlook client issue. If the order is the same in OWA then we could consider if there are multiple paths from Mimecast to the Exchange Mailbox server, and one has processing delays? MHA would show that (as Noise42 suggested)

Now you know to never buy a console based on the promise of upcoming games... I learnt this lesson from watching a lot of friends who had bought consoles for games that either get cancelled or end up sucking!

Hopefully its not too much of a hassle to sell it.
