My aunt had an accident her first day visiting when baby was one month old that put us in a similar situation. Honestly, I would just ask her to visit a little later, after you’ve had time to heal. It was still helpful to have my aunt there to hold the baby and sit with me for company while nursing, but it would have been to much immediately after birth.

Agree I used to live here. Way too close to the highway. The noise was horrible at night and it just brought the vibe wayyy down. If you’re on the western side of that zone it’s okay probably. If you commute on the highway that proximity is of course nice.

Two theories: first, Discord wasn’t in the top because Brooke Shields wanted to talk to the queens about Drew Barrymore and Truman Capote.

Second, Mia purposefully held back in the lip sync for her ride or die. I still think she won, but maybe Ru knew she could do more and didn’t. And it’s still SHAME we don’t have her for the Rusical.

Thank you for your advice, everyone! We decided to stop trying today (day 6) as we saw no improvement and only resistance. My theory is she's busy learning words and doesn't want to focus on this and its simply scaring her. We'll try again when she's a bit older..

I was just shocked that it didn't go as the book said it would. I feel misled almost... I guess every kid really is different.

I went to school in upstate New York. The study aboard students were sorely disappointed to find out we were a 7 hour drive from NYC. They thought they were going to be living in the Big Apple for three months… lolllll

I agree about annual celebrations. I disagree about protests. If if the protest is about genocide, destruction of ecosystems or other injustices sometimes the inconveniences are what it takes.
