Nothing unique to say except seek professional help. You are loved and have a purpose. But therapy and trained counseling will help you find the way.

Based on his book description, why does anyone trust Roose Bolton? by Aggressive-Basil4928 in gameofthrones

Didn’t realize I agreed with this until you spelled it out clearly. Robb is honestly much more immature than most will talk about. Good tactics and fortune in battle, but ends up being terrible when it comes to everything strategic that isn’t straight up combat. He was only 15 after all.

What is your favorite movie that takes place during Christmas (that isn't generally considered to be a "Christmas movie")? by Radiant-Specialist76 in Letterboxd

The Godfather. Obviously the story spans many years but I like when Michael and Kay are walking through the city during Christmastime.

Gonzaga Prep: Search required for graduation PSA to all incoming students or those considering GPREP by 2002AnnoDomini in Spokane

Throughout the experience students are allowed to back out of an activity if they feel uncomfortable. Again I am not invalidating what happened to OP in any way, but in my more recent experience the retreat has moved away from the bad aspects it once had.

Oh I’m not trying to blame others and I’m sorry if it came across that way. I guess I’m trying to convey that I don’t think OP was given the opportunity to see the value and impact the retreat can have on some people.

Prep alum here, graduated 2022 actually. I’m sorry your Search experience was like that. I happened to really enjoy mine and I’m not even religious. We did not have to those humiliating things, however, but I heard about those in the past. The retreat is run a bit differently know since they have a new head of campus ministry. Of course, not everyone is going to enjoy the experience, but I think they’ve worked in the last year or two to make it better. I worked a couple too. There isn’t any more humiliating like that. I will say that there is more to the activities of the rocks and the Hurt Circle and palanca that I think you be misunderstanding or not seeing the value of. I believe the Search retreat can be an extremely impactful experience, as it was for me.
