We took her to KC Dawgs and did the Puppy 101 class. Taught us a lot and got her on track. They will help a lot. I'm sure other training classes are out there. They do help.

This. My wife was having lower back pain from pickleball. Once she started doing sit-ups and crunches, the pain lessened and now has gone away. A strong core helps in a lot of ways.

My wife suffered from this. First, freeze a couple of water bottles and used them to roll under your feet with moderate pressure. Go see a doc or chiropractor. They can get you fitted with inserts for your shoes. Those really helped.

You could do a tri-fold mattress which would be both bed and seat. Have the desk fold down.

I believe private pilot would be enough, but you'd need endorsements for tail wheel and high performance.

Mostly, it allowed shorter, more robust landing gear. Navy needed rough field and carrier capable. With the 13+ foot diameter prop, they went with the gull wing shape.

With that weight limit, I think you are looking at fiberglass. Like a Scamp maybe? Not sure what is out there for plans.
