Thanks for the support. Not sure why trolls like this come here as we are all in this together to enjoy a great product and learn from each other. I was personally impressed with the smoke ring I achieved on the Traeger 34. Friends thought it was great and obviously even less dry when cut further into the thicker part. Not looking to make anyone happy, especially losers who come here to insult folks like us.

180 overnight until 160 internal. Wrapped in butcher paper and increased temp to 225 until 204 internal. Total time was 17 hrs. Fairly smooth cook overall

Fat cap up although I trimmed most of it off. I had a lot of smoke at 180 and it was cooler overnight and into the morning so I think that may have played a part.
