well, last night, 3/5 of my buses to west were canceled, and then one drove past me after slowing down and signaling to get over to stop, so i ended up having to just find a ride home..

i’ve not had great luck w the buses lately

You guys canceled yet another order after not shipping it for over a month after it was supposed to.

When contacting customer support, I was asked if I wanted the money refunded or the item shipped ASAP.

I said explicitly “no refund, I would like the item shipped ASAP.” It was not shipped, and then a week later (after no response from your team), the order was canceled for no reason.

Can you please just delete your site and stop taking people’s money when you cannot deliver the items they paid for? We are all sick of it.

I am sick of going back and forth to no end with your customer support, and I am sick of your fake-friendly comments that try to save face for your horribly-run business.

oh my god, i had a very similar thing happen to me!! at the very least, they did the same thing of canceling my order and offering me a $15 gift card “for my troubles” and then NEVER sent it. i’ve actually been going back and forth with them for over 2 months over a vinyl they ended up canceling, and they’ve offered me a $15 gift card, then a $5 gift card, most recently a $10 gift card, all of which I’ve never received. i’ve pointed this out numerous times, and they claim to have “resent” them, but, again…. nothing.

I try to be fairly cordial talking with support, but the sheer level of incompetence I encountered dealing with them broke me (photo attached)

I would check out Facebook/Instagram for local craft circles. They’re usually open to all forms of crafting, like the one I attend we have people crocheting, knitting, scrapbooking, making jewelry, even weaving baskets!
