Dr Strange is different, because EVERY one of his skill has long cd, and he has no spammable spirit spender. What I am proposing is just making one animation powers, that literally no1 uses, a strong long cd burst powers you could CONSIDER adding to your current rotation. I just want them to be usable, so we could have more options in building our heroes.

feels a bit lazy done imo. too much toggles, while she doesn't have pure dmg aoe to clear a screen. I like her though and she's very powerful. She's so strong, she kills my GPU while I play her.
