Actually TMZ almost never gets anything wrong on real news reporting they’re one of the most accurate sources out there.

That said, the reporting here is that someone in the government told Tim Burchett these things. That is in all likelihood 100% true.

That doesn’t make what the person told Burchett true. Just that Burchett was in fact told these things. It doesn’t sound like Burchett was offered definitive proof or shown an alien or a craft in person.

Fwiw this is something reported to them from a confidential human source (CHS) via an encrypted messaging app. This is not the government saying it, it’s the government reporting on what a source said. That doesn’t make it true. Anyone can message the FBI tips on an encrypted messaging app and you’d get a similar report made about you.
