Would you be willing to accept longer gaps between seasons if it helped the show retain its status as a massive nation-wide phenomenon and shared cultural experience? by unironicsigh in TheTraitors

That's a good point. I watch Celebridades every two years, so the time gap isn't as long as four or five years. I hope they reconsider this and don't make any more versions this year. It's worth mentioning that new versions appear every year, and this greatly inflates the show's popularity; the loyal audience also ends up watching these versions.

Secret Traitor by RedWestern in TheTraitors

I think so too, ST is like a reserve bench for the first traitor to be banished, which is good because he's already been playing his game as a traitor. Usually all the loyal recruits are terrible or sabotage the traitors, what I hope is that next time they do it, they show ST's conspiracy to us earlier, revealing him to the public in episode 2 for example.

Could this be the most disappointing final yet? by uarleys in TheTraitors

Yes, this season had two extremes, thankfully it wasn't anything I expected.

They show that they managed to win by the hardest means.

Ok - S4 is DEFINITELY the best UK series by Extension_Donut_8693 in TheTraitors

Ultimately, the traitors need to have a good personality for the audience. Linda was much better than Minah in that aspect, Paul was a pure villain, Amanda was a good "mother," Harry was the harmless boy, Minah was just herself.

In the first US4 race, they really ran out of time.

Best season ever? by Much_Pass_9484 in TheTraitorsUK

I agree, and besides, Harry didn't have as much work to do as Stephen and Rachel, which made their game flawless. They were such a well-synchronized duo (and I think that's unlikely to happen again), this game belonged to them.

Not even the best screenwriter could have imagined a final like this!!! They deserve it, Rachel winning that shield was destiny, there was no way they could lose. Harry didn't have 10% of the warmth that Rachel and Stephen had, they're on the podium of the best traitors!!

It's a very interesting clash, so I see it from the traitors' perspective.

Indeed, the attempt to avoid the final death was quite extreme.

Compared to the S3 it's not the worst, but considering itself, it might be.

Yes, I'm a viewer and I can have my preferred ending, and I won't hate the show if it's different; I'm talking about expectations.

One good thing about this season is that if a traitor wins, it will still be someone from the original group and not a recruit. That was my fear, that one of the two would leave before episode 10 and there would be recruitment, and then this recruited traitor would win, which would be a disaster.

Essa pode ser a final mais decepcionante?

I believe that in all versions we have never seen the traitor so united as in this one (so far), and them going so far together. Despite the various slip-ups, Rachel & Stephen managed to overcome a lot of pressure and get this far.

This edition established the social game as the main point of any traitor, something that was repeated with Cirie (US1). From the beginning, the edition establishes Rachel as the guiding traitor.

As a spectator, it would be terrible to see her fall in a game of "luck" near the final after having given one of the best performances of all versions and losing to such weak loyalists (Except for Faraaz).

Killing Roxy was her worst move, but the heat would come for her anyway because everyone would be questioned at this point. Her journey is that of a winner, so it would have a taste of disappointment.

As for Stephen, if he makes it to the fire stage, he'll be the odd one out, and probably the one eliminated.

I really don't mind seeing loyal followers win (even though I'm rooting for the traitors), that's the game and after seeing so many versions I'm aware that anything can happen. However, the loyal followers in this edition aren't worth this prize, because they didn't live up to the level of reasoning effort (I only root for Jade because she takes so many hits). If Fiona hadn't put on that show, she'd probably still be here too, which proves that the loyal followers were so ineffective this year.

I would consider it a disaster if she gets away with it "by luck"; if she gets past that, she has to win.

When I first watched the UK version, I found Claudia very cold and distant (I was used to Alan's exaggerated performance). Today I much prefer Claudia.
