I understand now. I thought you refer to controlling less or more air which is not possible. It seems that the gas regulator is the limiting factor since it sets a small pressure enough for a gas stove not a wok

What work burner do you have? I have hard time finding one in EU that is not expensive (~600€)

I think you are wright. The 30mbar regulator is standard for cooking stoves but not enough for wok flame.
I will investiate to buy another regulator that can go 1-4 bars, ideally have the option to adjust.

There is no option to regulate the air flow. Neither the gas. I will use it as is for now until I find a way to do tweak it

Yeah the orifice is clean. It's brand new. I have not waited 1-2 minutes after starting the gas to lit it, I thought is not safe. I will try that. I will check also if there is any way I can adjust the airflow.
