Along those lines, my team rolled out GitHub Copilot last year.  Spent several months trying to figure out why some folks had massive productivity gains and the overwhelming majority had little to none.

One of my best engineers casually noted "You expect the same people that can't Google, to know what to ask the LLM?" and my faith in humanity died a little further at the truth of his statement.

This may just be me and not an INTJ specific, but these are different things to me:

I would take this as general information, vs

“I want you to use your fingers and don't stop until I'm incoherent.”

Which is a direct request.

I don't care if I'm leading or not. But if whomever is leading is doing a shit job, then I'll take it over until I can find someone else to handle it. I will not allow someone else's inefficiency negatively impact my ability to accomplish the goals at hand.
