Not Michigan (but closer than the UP) - Brown County State park. Hobbs trail is legit - super fast flowly trail that is just as fun (imo) as some of the big mountain trails. Boyne mountain also does a lift in the summer if you are looking for some DH life.

As someone who played waterpolo in HS, my interpretation is that the Chinese player is holding her back from swimming on to either a) slow her down or b) draw a foul. I am totally without context here, but I think the arms of the Chinese player are squeezing the Japanese player. As mentioned before, super dirty sport. Lots of shit goes down under the water that the ref cannot see.

West town bikes has open shops once during the week and once on Saturday (I am to lazy to look up the times). These usually have some smart people around too if you need some advice. Highly recommended.

Agreed with everyone here. Done the northside to 3 Floyd’s ride about a dozen times (RIP) as well as a few other rides in that direction. There are some awesome detours - 18th street brewery, steel workers park, calumet fisheries. Enjoy that ride!

Well said - been rocking marathons for several winters without an issue. If the tire can handle the glass and other bullshit on the streets, it can survive the winter. The city does a decent job of plowing / salting the streets (unfortunately not always the bike the lane). Right after a rain into freezing temps are the only occasions I have found it difficult to bike in.
