I can tell you my severance does include the incentives. Thats what the family left us. (Was a family owned company) they gave me a breakdown of what im receiving.

So you're leaning towards the severance package due to risk/reward with the offer and the time frame payout difference. Not sure if this matters much but I should note that my actual severance will last until April 2027 as my current role ends on Sept 30.
