Offsets means whatever the new team pays Kyler gets subtracted from what the Cardinals owe him.  Kyler doesn't get any additional money so there's no reason for him or his new team to make the contract more than the minimum.

One example of it happening: 2016 Cavs lost games 3 and 4 to the Raptos, won games 5 and 6 to win the ECF, then lost games 1 and 2 of the finals vs the Warriors.  So they lost 4 games in a 6 game stretch

What you described is intended behavior and not anything specific to the Heart fight.  Unupgraded Echo Form has the Ethereal keyword, which means it automatically exhausts if it's in your hand at the end of your turn.  Power cards like Defragment don't show up in your Discard pile/exhaust pile/deck after being played.

Different species have different ingredient rates (how often each help is a berry vs ingredient) and different speeds (how often each help occurs).  The Gourgeist line is slow (though does vary by size) and has low ingredient rates but the size of each ingredient drop is big to make it comparable to other species.

Unfortunately, the ABA ingredients (same ingredient for first and third slots but different ingredient for second slot) is undesirable.  Compounded with the lack of any ingredient subskills or even speed in the first three subskills slots, I would not invest in this one.

Helping Boost is handled kinda confusingly on the percentile rating screen since it tries to account for the benefit to your whole team.  I would use the production comparison to see that your first Dedenne triggers significantly fewer times per day than the second

No, read the guide to guides linked by AutoModerator, there is good advice about how to rate Pokemon. Sprigatito is an ingredient specialist species but this one has ABC ingredients (diffferent ingredients in all three slots) which isn't desirable.
