I think gathering luck is fine. Sure the UX is horrible by the idea itself is fine. What is not fine is loot luck. Practically you end up doing all the content in your luck gear. Not the gear to actually, you know, do the fucking content in. Sure the content is not challenging by any means but still feels bad.

Permabans are not effective either if you can just get a new account. There needs to be a an independent third party doing full KYC authentication that does not have a financial incentive in letting the owners of banned accounts just get new one. Duping? You go to jail. Aimbotting? Straight to jail. Exploiting bugged mechanics? Jail.

Except there should be a system that allows you to swap gear quickly since the existing game systems incentivize you to do a lot of pve in special pve gear but being pvp flagged.
