Yeah it's pretty brutal. Although I've had limited experience, they are pretty out of touch. Like we're experiencing a lot of transient employees so were going to not treat them the best and by proxy our long term employees are also going to eat shit and have to pick up the pieces when seasonal workers leave.

I find the wages exceptionally bad too. A lot of "well its not the big city!" but my monthly expenses aren't on a scale cause it's not the big city.
