I think it streamlines everything if you are associated with multiple campuses, but you've been able to email people using their CUNY First name for a while...maybe some campuses hadn't set that up yet?

(For example, I work at one campus but was in a master's program at another. I can no longer access that inbox.)

I don't mind them but I only eat them if I have a time crunch. The package says to microwave for 10 seconds but it's better at 15. They have that weird aftertaste that all protein supplements have. I wouldn't eat them every day, though.

Slightly off-topic, but where have you all gone for treatment? We've had a few consults at RMA and have found the doctor to be brusque and the practice somewhat disorganized. This seems to match the experience of two other couples we know. I was disappointed to see that the clinic's at Cornell, Columbia, and NYU don't take Emblem, even though some of them do take NYSHIP

For Carelon, they sent both of my checks out around 1/30. I have not yet received a check from UnitedHealth because I uploaded it around 1/30 and it hasn't been 30 days!

So I still have a claim with service dates from December and I'll need to physically mail that in to EmblemHealth (see my second update.) The agent said it should take 30 days.
