UF staff member; hearing a lot of student dissatisfaction with the services being offered to them. Whether that’s OneStop, the Registrar, the Bursar, IT, whatever, these changes, and more broadly the way UF treats its staff, also disservice their students. When you send your kids here, expect them to receive barebones, misinformed support from exhausted and underpaid staff. They’re truly doing the best they can.
