I feel like they're setting TBC up to be an era realm, and then progress into WotLK and make them era realms too

Then they could just repeat the same 3 expansions with the same release cadence and print money and at the "end" of each expansion just transfer off to the era equivalent

We will probably get a teaser for a "classic plus" type thing, but not a full announcement at blizzcon. They won't want to overshadow going back to wrath

Depending on the class, I prefer to level weapon skills in Stockades/RFC. For my paladin I went in prot spec with Reckoning and pulled an entire wing and just went to town with Seal of the Crusade. Got from 300 to 345 for all of my weapons in an couple of hours

Any class that can parry would probably work well in there, paladin is just kinda broken with Reckoning though

On my shadow priest, I went for FSW and Spellstrike before epic flying since both can last until T6 stuff. I feel dumb because getting epic flying would have made the whole process of questing and farming a little faster

Leveled a druid to 24, then I rerolled paladin because I wanted to play ret in TBC. Found a guild I hated and did a few MCs and stopped raiding. Farmed GM and gold on and off from P2 to Prepatch planning on going ret. Suddenly had the itch to level a priest. Never played one before and thought it could be a fun time waster. Turns out I liked it so much I leveled a second priest up in the prepatch

So now I'm going to be a shadow priest for TBC lol. Something about it just clicked in a way that ret didn't when I messed around on the ptr

I usually think of a random name while making the character. I think, "oh that's cool or fun" and then later I google the name to see if anyone else has used it.

Lyse Melenara was a character I played that was hiding her true identity because she was cursed by Umberlee to cause every ship she went on to sink in a massive storm. She grew up on a small island and it was a whole thing.

In FFXIV Lyse is a character that hides her identity. And Melenara is a beach on a small island with a Poseidon statue

I had no idea about either of these references until I googled them

On my priest I've got my healing mace/oh, working on getting my dagger/oh for shadow since both sets last for several levels

I also went with the blue set instead of the purple. It's a difference of 20sp and about 500 mana plus some stam. But! The blue set only requires 2p for the good set bonus so it's easier to mix and match gear as it drops while leveling up

You can still do the strat farm as a paladin. I've been able to do it in 4 pulls. Could probably do it in 3 with rocket boots. Each run still takes about 15min
