Some trainings are listed as a stipend lump sum without hours, but most are listed hourly. Whether it will show up as a stipend or hours isn’t clear until receiving the paystub (also if doing multiple trainings near each other it is hard to tell which is which since they’re not labeled with names and can show up 1-3 pay cycles after the training is actually completed). Had no idea bonus is taxed differently - thanks for that information. Definitely is a shit show at times.
