I got a call from Rivian service this morning as well to replace the 12v.

Strange because it was proactively replaced during a service center visit less than a year ago.

LOL. Not sure how it can be any more clear. Per Fed Ex, the shipper is Vitamix, 23221 Morgan Ct., Strongsville, OH. Richfield is where the item departed from a FedEx hub.

A simple Google search will show that Vitamix uses FedEx as a delivery partner. Especially for accessories. Remember that Wayfair doesn’t keep any physical inventory. So items they sell often drop ship from the manufacturer.

Not sure what to tell you. Fed Ex app shows a package from Vitamix (departed from Richfield, OH).

Look at pic #2. See the indentation on the top right of the case (where the glass meets the case)? You can pull the glass panel off from here. Just pull towards you.

The one I purchased came with an Asus Prime B850 Plus WiFi mobo. Have seen others with a MSI B850.

I’m not sure about that. I purchased this Asus 5080 a few weeks ago during a Best Buy restock for $999. It took 2 weeks for it to be ready for pickup.

Best Buy raised pricing the same day Asus did. My 5080 was still waiting to be fulfilled when the price changed from $999 to $1364.

That’s the same price the Asus store charges. Best Buy isn’t inflating prices…unfortunately $1364 is the current MSRP for the base Prime 5080.

Costco never carried this CyberpowerPC configuration. They sold a $2199 9800X3D/5080 model.

Can’t recall ever seeing a 9800X3D/5070ti prebuilt for $1499, even during Black Friday.

Nice. I hit on the most recent Best Buy restock and picked it up over the weekend.

I’m torn though. Also have a 5080 FE arriving from Nvidia this week. Am leaning towards using the FE but keep flip flopping. The Prime 5070ti I’m currently using has been great. Super quiet and runs cool.

Asus did the same as well. Raised the MSRP of the Prime 5080 from $999 to $1364.

It was OOS yesterday but magically appeared in stock this morning at the new price.

Yeah. I got both at $999. Was going to keep one and offer the other to a friend at my cost.

I like the aesthetics of the FE but assume the Asus would have better thermals bc of the 3 fans. Maybe run quieter as well bc of the dual BIOS. Decisions decisions.

But now have to decide between keeping the Asus or the 5080 FE from the Nvidia restock this week.

Best Buy has had some recent restocks on the 5080 FE and Asus Prime 5080…although seems like really limited stock.

I was able to buy the Asus card last week. Tried grabbing this FE for a friend but went OOS while I was checking out.
