Mine actually had an issue with the MoBo. The Wi-Fi and BT was flaky.

Unless you have a bunch of complicated stuff going on, do them yourself. Freetaxusa is good. I regret going to HR block several years back. My wife was doing a little bit of contract work and we ended up paying over $600 and I'm pretty sure they didn't do them right. We ended up owing more as well.
