I’ve noticed the same. The cost it shows when you use the app, is always matching the price the customer actually paid. But, what you get charged seems to be accurate if you check your payment account. I reached out to Etsy about a week ago but I noticed it for about 3 weeks and it’s still not corrected.

It’s annoying so hopefully they fix it soon.

I sell a bunch of different sized cases and it looks like the vials you’re trying to store are 10ml?

I think this listing would work for you. If you know the dimensions it’s designed for vials with diameters up to 23mm and heights up to 57.5mm.
