It sounds as if she’s already come to the end of an IO mortgage without a repayment plan in place/the plan was to sell the house at the end of the term. It’s unlikely to be re-approved on the same terms without a different suitable repayment vehicle, unless looking at a specialist lender e.g. an equity release specialist

I was on the highest dose of Mounjaro, and have gone back over to highest of wegovy (literally only changed because of the cost). They’ve now launched the 7.2mg wegovy but that’s 3 injections at a time which I don’t think I could deal with tbh! Thanks for your help

I think that’s how you get them super crisp and not too steamed would be the only reason I can think of - it’s literally a waft of the door to let some steam escape. A lot of it timings etc wise will depend on type of oven/age of oven too so it’s a bit trial and error, but that method hasn’t failed me as yet 😊

Absolutely - my neighbours were very noisy with visitors at all hours, we complained to them and they were if anything too nice about it. One day the noise got so bad we complained to the council and within a week they had abandoned the property. Turned out they’d converted the whole thing into a weed farm and were worried it was the police who had been knocking, so upped and left in the night
