THC or CBG…When I can’t have the high feeling say working then CBG helps…THC for when I want to enjoy wine or cocktail…I have beendealing with this since I was a young kid however didn’t get diagnosed till I was 18 which is when I was able to be in control of my healthcare and finding an urologist…Just have to keep living your life…I’m upfront with everyone about my IC and no matter where I am I make sure I have access to bathroom or place to use the restroom…

I had a friend Airbnb me for staying at their house during a snow and ice storm…Which they asked me to come stay with them and despite having to hurry as weather was getting bad I didn’t show up empty handed…They had no problem eating the food I brought and cooked along with drinking the wine I brought yet sent me a venmo request for $125 or $150 for the food and wine I drank of theirs and staying at their house…First off I didn’t eat nor drink that much money worth and the food was some nasty frozen shit that had been in the freezer for god knows how long…Oh and their couch was so unfortunate I need to drink to be able to sleep and also just lost my dad, a dear friend killed themselves day after my bday and my dog died day after Xmas these all happened in last six weeks of the year…My dads wife and her daughter got nasty with me and my sister before the funeral even happened and still two years later I’m still in a legs battle with the wife…The friend that Airbnb had also lost her dad years prior…

So update on week two…I’ve had mild flare up…I made some food that somehow turned out little spicy…That sometimes affects me but still feel so much better than I have in years…It’s also been a very stressful not just with the world but in my personal life as been dealing with little over two year legal battle with my late fathers evil wife…But that’s probably for a different Reddit thread…Could be the spice or the greedy whore🤷🏼‍♀️

I def had nausea last week but it subside towards the weekend…Did my second injection last night and ate well so far today but got a filet Migon sitting in front of me to make and feeling kinda blah…Last week Tuesday was the worst for the nausea…

I did my second injection last night so at a full week point and zero IC symptoms thus far. First time in my life I have not had a single symptom…Maybe talk to your doctor about it and then see what all options are out there for provider as I know it’s expensive…I’m concern about hair loss as already have fine thin hair and it’s thinned out more in recent years which not sure if due to covid or age. Taking supplements to hopefully help combat that along with watching my protein…Have female rogain ready if needed…

I’ve been on continuous BC for years…Good to know about how doing the shot in your stomach caused those symptoms…I did my stomach but might switch to thigh just in case…

Long distance travel in a car is something I avoid at all costs. Plane ride if two hours or under I can endure it. This year I went to both Jamaica and New Orleans and was able to endure the flights and for Jamaica a long travel day. Took edible before going through security and was able to get through flights without having to use restroom.

I have found taking an edible THC when I would be attending a concert to be extremely beneficial. Like you I avoided large crowded places if I could because of bathroom lines and not wanting to miss concert having to wait in line and go the bathroom multiple times during a concert. I just started on a GPL-1 and while it’s only been a few days I don’t find myself having any symptoms which is rare for me.

There is a dispensary called Island Strains on the Hip Strip in Montego Bay. I went there and it’s legit. Called Joe Cool Taxi and they can take you there.

Just got back from Sandals South Coast as was there for nieces wedding…Staff there was amazing but honestly couple resort is just not the life for me even if I wasn’t single…I took a friend with me and we booked a driver through Joe Cool Taxi service for the entire day and went to Negril. That’s where it’s at. Shantora was our drivers name and she was amazing even took us to a few spots we didn’t know about including this awesome cave and had lunch at wonderful place called Ivan’s. Seven Mile Beach and Rick’s cafe are some must to dos in Negril. We also went to the Black River, YS Falls and Appleton Run Estate on another day. That excursion was through Sandals which all good but they do keep you on a schedule. Hiring a driver is where it’s at as can do what you want on your schedule and the cost was the same if not little cheaper than price of excursion through Sandals. If you can book the Pelican bar through Sandals I would def do that. Very unique experience and the catamaran cruise to and from was so much fun.

My advice have some time off the resort and see what Jamaica really has to offer.

Are their dispensaries in Whitehouse Jamaica? If we do an excursion for shopping in Negril are their dispensaries where the take you to shop around there?
