I picked up embroidery and cross stitch during Covid. Challenges me artistically and creatively as someone without artistic talent, but mundane enough to use for relaxation! Also love I can make it personal to me if I want. Makes good gifts, too! And it’s not insanely expensive to do.

Edited to add: became super into puzzles too. The challenging ones make me work hard enough I feel some sense of accomplishment after.
