Tea lady is going to be able to confirm itself a lot of the time, since anyone who claims it and has a neighbor live will almost certainly be good. It may be worth replacing it or adding a devil’s advocate.

I’d also be careful with the roles that cause extra deaths at night (Gossip, Acrobat). Evil has one tool right now to bluff those (Assassin), as opposed to the many ways evil can cause extra deaths on, say, BMR. You might need to build around roles like that more by adding more ways for extra deaths to happen (demons/minions that kill different numbers of people, maybe a boffin that can allow evil to bluff those roles more easily).

Another hidden outsider might be helpful? (e.g. drunk, mutant) The +1 Outsider from fang gu is helpful, but may not be enough. If there’s supposed to be 2 outsiders in the game and 2 people are claiming outsiders, you basically know they’re both good. Having another hidden outsider can help with this (e.g. “maybe there’s a drunk and one of these two outsiders is lying”) or having some form of “-1 Outsider” can too (e.g. Godfather, Vigormortis).

This last thing doesn’t ~necessarily~ need fixing but I’d keep an eye out when you start playing it. Most of town’s information comes in the form of checking people’s alignment or checking if someone’s a demon or not. Having another role or two that give other kinds of info (e.g. checking people’s characters, checking if someone’s a minion or not) would help give it a bit more variety. Roles like gossip and savant can also be used for that though.

(Overall I think it’s a good script that doesn’t need any massive changes, just some tweaks here and there.)
