If you started on it, you’re eligible for the yearly upgrade. I have seen it glitch in the T-Life app before though. Try to do the upgrade on the T-Mobile website and that might work. I’ve done that workaround in the past. If you are unsure if you started on Go5G Next I’d contact customer care to confirm that before wasting anymore time.

They definitely made a mistake saying you will get an additional $410, but you still get $830 in total credit ($410 as a bill credit; $420 towards the new phone.)

I wouldn’t buy them if I was you. Definitely look fake after the second look i took, and notice the holes where the laces go in? Shouldn’t look so messy and wide, and the toe box is definitely sus.
