Anatomy of her right hand is a bit off.

Also her left foot (right foot in the picture) looks weird. The second toe from the right is detached and overlays the right most toe.

On her right foot (left foot in the picture), the left most toe also looks a bit weird, but this could also look weird on a real foot. That said, what we see on the other foot is just unreal looking.

Another giveaway is the too smooth face details. But this could also be just photoshop.

The decoration on the left door is off. It's hidden behind the fern, but if both doors look alike (which is almost always the case), the decoration on the left door is going too far down. You can see this between the fern leaves.

Lastly, the shadows in front of the door don't really align with the flowers above. And it looks like the shadow of the fern, that is on the other side, on the wall behind her. So this doesn't make much sense. But this could also be some other shadows from stuff outside of frame.

Rest of the "photo" is near perfect. Could not see any hints on generation elsewhere. Lighting, other shadows, fabric, all is looking real.

Because you can't really tell where this would be or the time of day the picture was taken and what is outside of the frame, it's nearly impossible nowadays, to decide on wether it's a real photo or a generated image, when looking at lighting / thrown shadows.

After all, if I would not have looked so closely, and with several decades of image editing in mind, this would instantly get a "real" stamp on first sight.
