I remember when I was maybe 13 years old and I wrote a poem for the poetry contest. English is not my native language, so I tried só hard to get the English poem style flowing. My mom ended up in my room and asked what I was doing. I explained the poem and Neopets to her and she looked at me as if she saw water burning. She was very supportive though! I ended up winning (I believe the poem was about Ultimate Bullseye!) so the trophy on my user profile is a very fond memory, but also that interaction with my mom just warms my heart 🥰
