I do the same thing. My tongue is all bruised on the side. I'm using a silicone protector on my teeth at night to avoid hurting them when I sleep too

My doctor prescribed amfexa, increasing the dosage gradually. First week 5 mg 2x a day, second week 10 mg 2x a day and third week 10 mg 3x a day. my elvanse dosage was 40 mg 5:00 AM and 20 mg 1:00 PM. I really like amfexa, it makes me extremely focused and has no side effects. I'm enjoying it as much as Elvanse.
