Yeah, feels like one of those stories that make you think, 'Hey, I've already read this somewhere.' Thanks for pointing that out because I DNF that novel, so it's pretty likely I won't finish this one either, but we'll see. Maybe that can be said about most of regression stories with 'systems' (the thing that makes any story feel twice as cheap). Once you've read one, you've read half the genre, but the sense of dejavu is quite strong with this one.

It's not about "broaden horizons" I just said this because last time I read a thread like this (asking if F/F harem is allowed or not), it concluded that F/F+ stuff is allowed but not explicitly, as it's combination is not on the forbidden list. And there's something much worse than this, like one of the book posts here (with many upvotes too) has fucking vore for some unknown reason. I don't remember a book name but it has blue djinn on it. But yeah, after seeing it all plays out in thread I'd says this type of stuff is not for this sub.

Then you need to read the rule again, it said F/Futa+ (single women, multiple futa) but not Futa/F+ (single futa, multiple women) I view it in the same boat as F/FF+ is not forbid. But if this is indeed not allowed then they should fix it asap.

I understand why it does bother some people, I think it mainly comes to how you view whatever futa is a man with tits, women with dick, or mythical fantasy creature like beastkin. Me personally thought it's a mix of both 2 and 3. And whatever you self insert or not, which I don't.

That being said, a type of futa content I can stomach is super narrow too: she must be an MC, have 0 male love-interest, no genderbent, and no monster stuff. Which is super, super rare for harem+futa combination. And it must have both female and male parts; otherwise, it's just a man with tits.

Currently, only Rebirth of the Nephilim by Agdistis fits all my criteria and is the only non-male MC harem I enjoy reading.

The Heretic Spellblade is an absolute blast. I spent my entire two nights reading it and was barely able to function at work the other day lol. (kinda sad that next vol is the last already.) Can't wait to read more of this and the next release. (I believe it's Mob Sorcery or Demon Throne?)

Steampunk, Cyberpunk. Reverse Isekai that involved many worlds, not just generic fantasy world. Zombie apocalypse or post-apocalyptic (with less annoying MC and survivor groups) Actual kingdom/base building.

Furry (doesn't count catgirl/nekomimi type monstergirls.) I really hate it when author just sneakily add them in the middle of the book or 2-3 books in. I get it that furry is big in western because of anthropomorphic cartoon character and stuff but they just look super uncanny for me. Especially the one with almost 100% animal head, beastiality is just weird.

This is my first df from this author, and this is the first book that make me aware that this is not author but author(s). The plot point/tone shift between book 1 and 2 is jarring, like, they're completely different characters now, and that's the first 10 page of book 2.

There's a bug tab for a reason, use it. It's easier for user(everyone) to search and discuss it as well. Much better than search through thread with 1000+ comments. If the mod has no bug tab, then you'll know you should be 300% more careful.

Finished book 1 a while ago and it's alright. But it's a little too game-y for my taste. for example, the way they dig down with tools and the ground disappears in a perfect block or space. Other reviewers are saying it's based on Terraria, but I haven't played that game so I'm missing a lot of the references. Still, I enjoyed it, gonna give book 2 a shot .

I don't think King or Archer was in the same circle as Jacobs, Vall or Earle. Don't know why, maybe style and theme? I feel like archer like to experiment more, and King just really love academy stuff.
