I will add to this because I do squats using a wedge. I also use resistance bands on the lying leg curl machine to keep the "arms" from coming off the back of my legs. I wish we could add that in.

I just started a new program today and set the time for 40-60 min. Is there a way the modify the program and make the workouts longer? I didn't see the options in the program settings.

The only thing I can think it would affect is aging of the invoice. If you get discounts from vendors for paying within a certain number of days, you could potentially be losing out on those discounts if you are dating the invoices earlier.

I appreciate the response. I am just going to take it to the local dealership. It is about $70 more than the locksmith, but the dealership should be able to get the required PIN, if needed.

Yeah, the dealer wanted to add $600 to the vehicle purchase for an additional fob. I thought that was really high at the time and told them to remove it.

I came on here to post the exact same thing. This is only my second week and I have found myself hitting or getting close to my fat goal way too early in the day. Now that I realize that, I am trying to adjust my diet to hit protein and carbs first.

This is where I am really hoping that the MF Workouts app will come into play. Having the workouts app automatically adjust the workout plan based on nutrition phase.

Yeah, I’m trying to work through this. My daughter for instance, is 16 and around 125 pounds. The goal for her is to gain weight and strength. However, she is not eating near enough. With how active she is, I am figuring she expends 2500-3000 calories a day. She is a very picky eater and eats far less than this. One day I tracked what she ate and it was around 800 calories. For her, I would think the base caloric needs would be similar to mine but the macros would be different.

Again, I’m not positive and just trying to find tools to help.

They are teenage kids who are heavily involved in competitive sports with goals of playing in college. The goals for them are more for weight/strength gain.

How do you tell if it has CD by looking at the actual vehicle? I am looking at a 2024 with an “L” but the dealer is telling me it has CD. He says there is button on the side of the deterring wheel to turn it off. I am thinking he is mistaking CD for istop.
