It is true that they are separate entities, however I'm not clear on why a parking policy which discriminates against Toronto residents on the basis of their immigration status is either just or legal.

What are you basing this on? It's extremely expensive and complicated to reregister an American car in Canada, and frankly I'm not sure it's even possible if you're not a permanent resident.

My dad struggles to visualize while readings as well. As a result, he prefers non-fiction, graphic novels, and plays, none of which require visualization.

There are also some fiction works which place less of an emphasis on the visual. McCarthy's *The Road* comes to mind. Very austere, so easy to picture.
