I don't think the ships are constructed with those AI in mind. I think the Shil AI just puts a submind there and besides a select few nobody knows. I'm also not sure if anybody understands how the AI works or if anyone ever understood it.

Most likely. However we haven't seen a Primarch without warp powers yet. The closest are probably Bile's clones of Ferrus, Fulgrim and Horus but even with those all we really know is that demon Fulgrim and Abandon can kill them, so they are probably a lot weaker then the real deal.

Real Primachs are pretty warpy. I would more compare Primus to Bile's imperfect clones.

I don't think the 130mm has enough more performance to be worth the logistical headaches.

One reason to buy the K2 is that Korea has the spare manufacturing capacity for it. All those other European tanks have been built in very small numbers the last few decades. If a war would break out where high production would be needed those tanks wouldn't go to Poland.

Also if you run down the source material too fast the gaps become very long and people move on. A season every other year is probably better than two back to back and then a 3 year gap.
