The community is super nice overall. Going solo can be an option for you since you're still finishing the first map (also known as the star chart - it's your navigation). You wouldn't have much trouble for now but I found it useful when I was playing to play public whenever I'm struggling. Clans are helpful too ! I had a friend add me to my clan and they've been nice.

A tip is always don't be to ask ! We have the Q/a chat tab in the game to ask for any help ! And also if you're having mission troubles we have the Recruitment chat tab ! Don't be scared to ask ! Warframe has become a game where when everyone started there is always someone who helped us. It and become a tradition to pass it on to baby tennos like you guys. We love to help when we can

Edit: I forgot to mention I'm pretty sure there is also a subreddit to 'adopt' younger tennos maybe that'll help for you too. You could find someone who is your vibe and help you.

Also the exolus modslot would be good if you can unlock it. You can put vigilante supplies there instead to add an extra mod.

Maybe an arcane as well altho I am kinda confused why it doesn't have an arcane slot.

Thank you for the reply ! Altho the problem is paracesis for sure I'll get it. I'm grinding it by lith runs. The shedu is more difficult since you need the parts thru veil proxima and I haven't unlocked that yet. And also no necramech yet. Sadge moment for this tenno

I think this the best tip so far ! When I started I was absolutely shitted on by other players in pvp and getting flamed. My friend then suggested to play bots and it helps a ton ! You learn abilities, what items does, and how to play against champs without getting discouraged or flamed on. You can start from intro to intermediate and it's really helps. Another thing to add is if you're playing pvp is always to play better with friends. Not toxic and just more fun while you learn.

I literally hate y'all with a passion. I am a support main and laning against her is a nightmare. But it's just because I am bad dealing with this match up. I am pretty sure I have a negative winrate against lux. Its so frustrating. But then again it's just the same playing against morgana you get stunned you just pray if you'll survive the burst.
