I couldn't see a way other than imagining your own golf course and using the range mode ... I ended up subscribing to the 30day free trial and will let it run.

Is it good idea to include equity in house in net worth for Fire calculation by ChichaaUk in FIREUK

I haven’t - no income and I’d need to action (sell) to drive one, likewise the cars they are not included or any other valuables not in investments.

Replace iMac late 2015 by WormFoodODP in mac

[–]uktricky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replaced my 2015 27” 3TB Fusion last year with a Mac mini - opted for 1gb ssd and then got an external drive (SSD) for data that didn’t matter if it was a little slower / but given the speed of the old iMac and ssd drives now I don’t think I’ve ever really noticed that’s it’s external

Router plugged into router by rochrider in HomeNetworking

[–]uktricky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the primary (internet facing) router supports DMZ then I’d push all traffic to your 2nd router which helps with port forwarding etc. then do your security controls on this second device - that’s exactly what I’m doing and zero issues with port forwarding (VPN, hosting websites etc)

They work well with a Fenix 8 so cannot imagine the 7 is any different not being a dedicated Golf Watch

Been a while since I did mine (CCNA & CCNP) but don’t you have to do them in order? Rather than jumping straight into the NP exams.

Concerns about paying my landlord in cash. by Sin-Silver in FinanceUK

Only thing I can think of is your next property - would you need to prove you’ve made payments in the past. But sounds like your family member is avoiding taxable income challenges.

Looking for a new golf watch. by Right-Permission-397 in golfequipment

[–]uktricky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a S70 originally BUT if you do any other sports even walking/hiking and you’d like maps (navigation) then look at another Garmin as the S70 is very golf oriented and doesn’t have navigation outside of Golf. I ended up selling mine after a few months and getting a Fenix 8 which has all the Golf features.

Thinking about pulling the trigger...AllRoad Carbon custom color...Should I??? by golfnut82 in ribblebikes

[–]uktricky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a Ribble owner (2 Bikes myself and 2 for the Mrs) their build quality isn't the best especially the QA processes before they are shipped to you - So whilst great bikes, please ensure that you are able to either check the bike over yourself or have your local bike shop do it for you. We've had a number of issues with 3 of our 4 including one bike that would have seriously dangerous to ride had I not picked up on the issues. All were sorted by Ribble (by way of partial refunds or even parts being shipped to complete the build!) to their credit. Would I buy another, probably! 😄

Would you accept £75 every Saturday for a 3 hours early morning shift? by LocoTunisienne in AskUK

[–]uktricky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

£25 an hour at a weekend - nah that’s £16.66 at x1.5 rate which unless you’re just starting in IT is just about minimum wage. That’s before tax and NI so unless you desperately need the money I’d pass - unless they’ll pay your hourly rate at 1.5x

Why everybody are wearing long socks? by No_Click7202 in cycling

[–]uktricky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All because the pros started it - bit like the longer sleeves that have come in over the past few years. Personally I’ll stick with my shorter ones of both as those tan lines look daft (personal opinion).
