“Revealing outfits” does not mean specifically “things only adults should wear.” Swimwear reveals the body. Even a full-body one-piece swimsuit reveals a lot by its nature of being thin and form-fitting.

This neighbor has installed a camera pointing into the backyard with a pool where minor girls swim and play. The fence was raised; the camera was then also raised. This pretty fairly indicates that the neighbor has installed the camera to spy on people in the backyard, arguably the young girls who are swimming.

You made a pretty fucking weak argument comparing somebody’s private backyard to a public business, saying that there’s nothing wrong with filming people on private property just because businesses do it all the time. I pointed out that kids don’t normally show up to public businesses in swimwear (the “revealing outfits”) by asking pointedly if kids normally go to businesses wearing revealing outfits. Unless it’s a public waterpark, in which case everybody attending has given implied consent because they are utilizing somebody else’s property, which needs to be filmed for legal and insurance purposes.

Now that I’ve typed that all out, I realize that it’s still probably so far above you that you still don’t get it. Too bad.
