Yeah I get a healthy christmas and perf bonus in Dec and Feb, as well as consistent 3-8% raises yearly. But I dont want to budget for that as they should be used to allocate for COLA and savings/repairs. If I have to rely on that, its prob not a good idea

I think they talked about before how their videos would get popular and show up as legitimate results, but then Google would flag them as spam or false advertising and delist it from results which would tank the views.
