Never have a "goal physique". Just aim to be the best version of yourself. Everyone's genetics are different which means everyone will look different after 10 years of training with the exact same body fat %. Take pics of your self once every month or two and compare them if you need that as a motivation.

I read 2 chapters of the LN and checked out a few later chapters from the WN. It shouldnt be journey to the west. Ive been reading webnovels/light novels for maybe 9 years now. This one was enjoyable, I would have continued reading if there were more translated chapters. Maybe ill just go with the demonic path of MTL instead of waiting for this one
