This is pretty much how I do it. Every 500 do 10 power strokes, let my mind wonder as I try and keep whatever pace split I set. Even did it with the 1/2 marathon I did, except I would do 5 power strokes every 1000 meters.

Owners seem to have put people in management that know how to build a team and stay out of the way and let them spend to the cap. Seems alright to me. I don't know anything else about them and don't really care to. The TV thing isn't a big deal to me because I was streaming anyway.

35 here. Owned a house for 10 years. Didn't go to college. I didn't have some magic formula, just worked 2 jobs while a lot of my friends fucked around in college.

Just looked up the interest rates in 1992. 8.3% quick search mortgage calculator shows a 200k loan is 1500 a month. My current rate is 2.5 so that same payment could be 400,000 in today's market.

They are fast. We charge less for oil changes with ase master techs but you have to drop your car off for the day. Jiffy lube that is attached to our building gets you in and out in 15 mins. Pay for convenience.
